🕵️‍♂️ User Research
I conducted user research by preparing and leading sessions, interviews, surveys, and A/B tests. I translated the findings into actionable insights that informed our design decisions.

🧠 Hypothesis-Driven Design
I used a hypothesis-driven approach to design and validate features that aligned with user needs and business goals — moving from idea to experiment to implementation and iteration.

🤝 Collaboration with Stakeholders
I actively collaborated in Key Value Indicator (KVI) sessions and within the golden triangle (Product Owner, Customer Journey Specialist, UX Designer) to align on goals. I also organized and facilitated workshops such as design spikes, design sprints, and ideation sessions for teams in B2B, Orientation, Finding, and Loyalty.

✏️ Improving Design Quality
Together with the UX and Service Design teams, I helped raise design standards by co-creating the Discovery Guide, which included research methods, workshop templates, and practical tools.

🗺️ Holistic User Experience Design
I focused on delivering end-to-end solutions that created seamless, intuitive experiences. I translated complex flows into simple and scalable designs — examples include card-linked loyalty, personal promotions, saving stamp sharing and Extra’s card management for the web app.

📐 Design System Contributions
I leveraged and expanded the design system by designing new components and documenting best practices. I also used my front-end skills to contribute to the system’s codebase, ensuring UI consistency across platforms.
